Face to face and Online Therapy with BACP registered Counsellor In Denmead

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or lost?

Often people contact me because they’re exhausted from holding everything together. From the outside they seem to be coping, but inside they’re anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are anymore.

Sometimes people come to counselling because of anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties or a sense that life feels harder than it should. As we work together, we often discover that these struggles didn’t appear out of nowhere. They can be connected to experiences much earlier in life and ways of coping that were once necessary but no longer serve us. Therapy offers a chance to understand those patterns with compassion rather than blame.

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in a pattern that keeps repeating, or simply finding life harder than usual right now. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to have all the answers before we talk. I offer online counselling in a warm, supportive and confidential space where we can explore what’s going on for you and think together about what might help.
